HOJGA golfers hit Pine Lakes GC

MT. GILEAD — Mallory Graham of Mt. Gilead took home top honors in the 16-18 year old division, carding a 75 in the Heart of Ohio Junior Golf Association tournament held at Pine Lakes Golf Course Tuesday, June 26. The tournament was sponsored by W. E. Lott Company of Bucyrus.

GRANDVIEW — It was Homecoming at Grandview Heights High School on Friday, but it was London who was celebrating as the Red Raiders trounced the host Bobcats 42-0.

LHS’ Marriott signs with Muskingum

On Sunday, Nov. 25, London High School senior Lily Marriott signed her official letter of intent to play softball for Muskingum University, beginning with the 2019-2020 season. Marriott was recognized along with the other athletes that play for the Bo Jackson Elite Sports organization in Hilliard. There are 21 players in the 2019 graduating class representing the Bo Jackson Elite Sports facility that have committed to play baseball or softball at various Division I, II and III schools across Ohio and the region. Marriott is the first and only softball player representing Bo Jackson to commit to play softball when she signed with Muskingum, a Division III school in New Concord, Ohio.
