— MEDICAL RECORDS-COURT: The Ohio Supreme Court says a health care provider can’t limit the release of medical records based solely on where the provider stores the information.

— CAR INTO RIVER: Authorities say conditions are still too rough on the Ohio River to resume the search for a car that plunged off a bridge leading from Kentucky to Cincinnati.

— CORRUPTION PROBE-DIMORA: A former Cleveland-area politician imprisoned in a corruption probe has been moved to a prison in West Virginia after spending two years in a California prison.

— FATAL OVI CRASH-SENTENCE: A 26-year-old man is heading to prison in a drunken driving crash that killed a 41-year-old woman in Cleveland last year.

— DETECTIVE ARRESTED-DRUG CHARGES: A prosecutor says 15 drug cases have been dismissed following the suicide of a central Ohio police detective who’d been arrested on federal drug charges.

— GUN LAWS-DOMESTIC ABUSE: Legislation is being proposed in the Ohio House that would require people to surrender firearms to law enforcement agencies if they’ve been convicted of domestic violence or served with a civil protection order.

— DRUG DEATHS SUMMIT: Hundreds of people in central Ohio are gathering to discuss ways to fight the state’s drug addiction epidemic.

— EX-COLUMBUS MAYOR-BUILDING: Columbus is naming a downtown building after its longest serving mayor.
