Join the Central Ohio Diabetes Association for the 2017 Swing for Diabetes golf event on Monday, June 12, at Tartan Fields Golf Club, 8070 Tartan Fields Drive in Dublin.
Since 1989, golfers have taken to the greens to raise funds to benefit nearly 200,000 Central Ohioans with diabetes by funding education, detection, a camp for children with diabetes, and other Central Ohio Diabetes Association programs.
The tournament includes 18 holes of golf, Bloody Mary bar, several contests, raffle prizes, hole in one contests, lunch and an evening awards reception for a $350 entry fee.
Registration begins at 10 a.m., followed by the opening of the driving range. The event will begin with a shotgun start at noon, and concludes with an awards ceremony following the tournament. Prizes will be awarded to the top golfers, and for the best skill shots including longest drive. Sponsorship opportunities are available.

For more than 50 years, the Central Ohio Diabetes Association has helped Central Ohioans with diabetes to detect their condition, prevent onset and complications and learn to live well with the challenge of diabetes.
In early 2017, CODA merged into LifeCare Alliance, the Central Ohio not-for-profit leader in services for seniors and medically challenged.
