The London boys golf team didn’t necessarily play its best round of the season Tuesday, Aug. 26, but it was good enough to get a win.

The Red Raiders shot a 174 and easily outdistanced Bishop Ready (209) in a match played at Oakhurst Country Club.

“I think the hot weather got to both teams,” London coach Richard Cunningham said. “This is highest score for the season for Ready and London.”

The Raiders got a total of three rounds of 43 from Bradley Wilson, Jacob Michel, and Jeremy Alder. Garrett King (45) also had his round count toward the team score. Ethan Drummond (47) and Garrett Kronk (48) also had sub-50 rounds.
