COLUMBUS — State Senator Chris Widener (R-Springfield) was presented the “Tip of the Hat” award by Wright State University President David Hopkins on Friday, Aug. 15, during the Wright State Regional Summit for his service to the community and the Dayton-region.

“I am honored to receive this award, and look forward to continuing our efforts alongside our regional partners to create jobs and forge partnerships between our employers and institution of higher education,” said Widener.
