Friday, Aug. 15
• Joel A. Davis, 31, of London, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia about 3:15 a.m. An officer near Walnut Street noticed Davis’ car was parked the wrong direction on the side of the road. Upon approaching the vehicle, he saw Davis, and smelled marijuana after asking him about the car. The officer confiscated a blue and white glass bowl often used for smoking, and a baggie with what the officer believed to be marijuana.
Saturday, Aug. 16
• A London resident was punched in the face by Brandon M. Gonzalez, 22, of London, about 2:30 a.m. An officer on patrol witnessed the attack near South Main Street, and intervened. The victim said Gonzalez demanded money, and the victim refused. Gonzalez then allegedly assaulted the victim. Gonzalez was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail and charged with assault.
