Plain City Druggist will be giving away free backpacks to students on the Jonathan Alder School District
The giveaway will begin Thursday, Aug. 14, on a first come, first served basis. The backpacks will contain an assortment of school supplies recommended by area school administrators.
“This is our way of thanking our loyal customers for their support and to introduce ourselves to prospective customers,” said pharmacy owners Joe and Robin Craft. “We are planning to be part of the community well into the future and this is our way of giving back.”
All that is required for a child to receive a backpack is for a parent/guardian to come to the store to sign for the backpack. There is a limit of one backpack per first or second grader in the Jonathan Alder School District.
