Only two of the 12 indictments released are not drug-related

Heroin possession led the way in the charges levied on individuals through indictment by a Highland County Grand Jury on Tuesday.


More than half of the 12 indictments released contained heroin possession charges.


There were also known to be a number of secret indictments that were likely to be released later, after arrests were made.


Following is the information on the indictments made available by the Highland County Clerk’s Office:


• Laura E. Crawford, 24, of Greenfield, charged with fifth-degree felony possession of heroin;


• Autumn R. Donley, 22, of Hillsboro, charged with fifth-degree felony possession of heroin;


• Molly R. Fenner, 26, of Lynchburg, charged with fifth-degree felony possession of heroin;


• Melissa K. Harris, 23, of HIllsboro, charged with fifth-degree felony possession of heroin;


• Molli B. Bennett, 24, of Hillsboro, charged with fifth-degree felony possession of heroin;


• Raejean Polston, 27, of Leesburg, charged with fifth-degree felony possession of heroin;


• Michael A. Robertson, 24, of Hillsboro, charged with fifth-degree felony possession of heroin;


• Wayne P. Davis, 56, of Winchester, charged with two counts of gross sexual imposition, both third-degree felonies;


• Bradley K. Cox, 34, of Hillsboro, charged with fifth-degree felony forgery and fourth-degree felony grand theft;


• Christopher E. Holt, 26, of Greenfield, charged with illegal manufacture of drugs, a second-degree felony, and illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony;


• Brian L. Penwell, 40, of Greenfield, charged with illegal manufacture of drugs, a second-degree felony, and illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony;


• David J. Temple, 42, of Hillsboro, charged with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony.​
