London Academic Hall of Fame nominations sought

The London Academic Achievement boosters is seeking nominations for individuals to be considered for induction into the London Schools Academic Hall of Fame.

The Hall of Fame, now in it’s 23rd year of existence, provides the opportunity to recognize individuals who have made positive impact upon the school, local community, or global community.

The individual must have attended a school in the London City Schools District, been employed by the school district, worked as a volunteer in the school system, or in some other direct way made a significant contribution to the academic success of the schools in the district or in other educational institutions.

Nomination applications are available at the London High School office, 336 Elm St., and the London Public Library, 20 E. First St.

Applications must be turned in to the London High School office by Monday, Feb. 27.
