Tickets are still available for the Madison County Arts Council’s Fall Fundraiser — “I Love the ’70s’ — a salute to an exciting decade of entertainment. Performances are slated for Thursday, Dec. 5 and Friday, Dec. 6 at The Brennan Loft, 158 S. Main St. in London. Ailene Albrecht serves as music director, and Jeff Gates serves as artistic director, and also wrote the script.
Performers include Clayton Burke, Craig Chadwell, Patrice Fahy, Jeff Gates, Betty Londergan, Gary Londergan, Caitlyn Mackay, Harold McNeal, Julie Oswalt, Paul Oswalt, Bill Ruhlen, Jennifer Ruhlen, Jim Smith, Stephanie Stephens, Bruce Thompson and Matthew Tlachac. The singers will be backed by musicians Albrecht on piano, Joe Blaho on bass, Ernie Sparks on drums, Clayton Burke on guitar and Dale Crockett on guitar.
The fall Music Revue is the Madison County Arts Council’s primary fundraiser, helping to fund the youth fine arts scholarships, summer musical, and other arts programming provided annually by the Madison County Arts Council.
The evening will include wine and crackers, a full course dinner with dessert and the Music Revue. The schedule for the evening is as follows: doors open at 6 p.m. and dinner will be served from 6:30-7:30 p.m. with your choice of entree which is sweet and sour chicken, baked lasagna or vegetarian lasagna.
