Stacey Logwood, director of the Champaign County Family and Children First Council, was recognized by the Ohio Educational Service Center Association at the annual Capital Conference in Columbus on Monday, Nov. 9. She was nominated by Superintendent Dr. Dan Kaffenbarger and the Governing Board of the Madison-Champaign ESC. She received the “Community Leadership Award” for her tireless efforts advocating for the children of Champaign County.
