Richwood Bank recently made a donation to the Plain City Food Pantry.

The bank held a food drive during the month of February. The assorted food items that were collected, in addition to a check, were presented by bank manager. Becky Williams.

The pantry served 391 households in February, providing 22,520 meals.

The pantry is seeking two more chest-type freezers due to the increase of people being served. Volunteers are willing to pick up any working freezer.

The pantry now has a mobile food truck for home delivery service, thanks to Sharon Mennonite Church, for those unable to come to the pantry on Saturday.

The pantry is located at 156 W. Main St. in Plain City.
