Administrators in LCS gets 2-4 percent pay increases

Administrators in the London City School District will see more money in their paychecks, following action by the board of education on Tuesday.

Following a two-hour and 20 minute executive session, school board members voted unanimously to raise the annual salaries of 18 administrators — all non-union employees — by 2 to 4 percent. Some raises went into effect immediately; others are effective Aug. 1.

Tops on the list are Superintendent Lou Kramer and Treasurer Kristine Blind. Kramer’s new yearly salary is $135,803. He was previously paid $131,848. Blind’s annual pay went from $105,000 to $109,200.

Others receiving increases are London High School Principal Chad Eisler ($94,435 to $96,324); London Middle School Principal Michael Belmont ($83,341 to $85,007); London High School Assistant Principal Michael Browning ($76,000 to $77,520); London Elementary School Assistant Principal Stefanie Deisher ($70,000 to $71,400); Director of Teaching/Learning Kylie Pritchard ($80,000 to $81,600); Director of Student Services Cheryl Stauffer ($81,809 to $83,445); Technology Director Dillan Shumaker ($80,000 to $81,600); Athletic Director Jim Wolverton ($70,000 to $71,400); Transportation Director Kim Adams ($52,780 to $53,835); Head Mechanic Dennis Long ($59,495 to $60,684); Administrative Assistant Kim Crumley ($43,692 to $44,565); Administrative Assistant Julia Smith ($37,536 to $38,286); EMIS Coordinator Kim Burgert ($53,375 to $54,442); Accounts Payable Dana Topper ($51,719 with no raise); Payroll Specialist Carmen Holland ($56,294 to $57,419); and Student Support Specialist Melissa Canney ($60,900 to $62,118).
