A two-car crash at state Route 665 and Spring Valley Road at 5:50 p.m. yesterday sent a pregnant woman to Ohio State University Medical Center as a precautionary measure. Allegedly the vehicle in which she was riding was hit by another vehicle that had apparently run through the stop sign at that intersection when the first vehicle swerved in an attempt to avoid hitting the second vehicle. The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the crash. In addition, units from Central Townships Fire District and the Madison County EMS responded to the scene.
