London resident Brennan R. Bell, 26, is in the Clark County Jail without bond, charged with kidnapping, robbery and burglary in connection with a home invasion in Plattsburg last fall.

London city police arrested Bell on Friday, Feb. 21, on a Clark County warrant, according to Chief Dave Wiseman.

Bell is the second London resident charged in the incident.

Dallas Murry, 26, was arrested within 24 hours of the robbery, based on a victim’s identification of his voice. Murry is also charged with kidnapping, robbery, safecracking and burglary. He remains in jail under a $100,000 bond.

Authorities believe the two were among four masked men who forced their way into a house in the Clark County hamlet about 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 23 and held the residents at gunpoint.

They allegedly tied the victims, then rummaged the house and took a safe, wallet and cell phone before fleeing through a rear door.

The victims wiggled out of their restraints. One briefly pursued the robbers with a rifle before calling 9-1-1.

No other arrests have been made in the case, according to a Clark County Sheriff’s spokesperson.
