London City Schools and former high school athletic director Terry Nance settled their differences last week, with Nance receiving $18,000 in cash and agreeing never to again work for the district again.
Should the levy fail, an additional $500,000 in cuts will be needed to be made in order to operate within budget for the 2012-2013 school year.

London native Mark Landes will defend London City Schools against an age discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuit lodged by former athletic director Terry Nance in February.
Atmospheric conditions in Madison County on Thursday morning produced fog. As a result added caution was needed while navigating streets and roads. On North Main Street in London, a white Jeep stops as three children cross the street to board their school bus. Fog or no, leaves continue to fall.
