TILLEY

Kent D. Tilley, 51, of Derby, died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, in Berger Hospital, Circleville.

He was born March 8, 1961, in Columbus, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by father, Levi Tilley.

He is survived by mother, Velma Mae “Ernie” Harbor; son, Seth (Amanda) Tilley of Mt. Sterling; daughter, Cassie Southern of Mt. Sterling; grandchildren, Makaila Williams, Tristen Tilley, Jamison Tilley, Amelia Southern, and Kendall Tilley; siblings, R.T. (Tangie) Tilley of Mt. Sterling, Terry (Kim) Tilley of Mt. Sterling, Matt (Cheryl) Tilley of Pennsylvania, Barb (Dick) Lugenbeel of Mt. Sterling, Sheila (Ray) Stacey of Grove City, Teresa (Mike) Pitt of Williamsport, Sharon (Tom) Farrow of Columbus; several nieces and nephews.

Kent (Doug) was loved very much by his family and couldn’t have been a better father, son, or grandfather.

A Memorial service will be held at the Community Light House Church Fellowship Hall, 502 S. Water St., Williamsport. Family and friends are welcomed to attend the service at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2013.

The family has been served by the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W. Main St., Mt. Sterling.
