RICE

Perry L. Rice, 80, passed away Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, in Avon Park, Florida.

He was born on Aug. 31, 1932, in West Jefferson, Ohio, to the late Okie L. and Sylvia Morgan Rice.

He was a graduate of Franklin University and worked for 38 years at North American Rockwell.

He came to Sebring in 1989 and was a member of the Sun ‘N Lake Golf Club and also enjoyed cards, fishing and horse racing.

Perry is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Kay Ann; his daughter, Kathy (Steve) Smith; sons, Tim (Diane) Rice, Perry Jr. and Tom, all of the Columbus, Ohio area, and Ted Rice of Mt. Dora, Florida; sisters, Martha (Jim) Wilcox of Spring Hill, Florida and Barbara (Pat) Mills of Columbus, Ohio; and his step-family, David Alexander, Sharon, Jennifer and Jackie Galczynski and Cherryana Sale. He enjoyed many good times with this 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later date in Ohio.
