FULTZ (CARLE)

Jacqueline Kay Fultz (Carle), 49, of South Vienna, died at 10:44 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, in Madison County Hospital, London.

Born Feb. 23, 1963, in Greenfield, Ohio, she was a daughter of LeeRoy and Vera Evelyn (Resor) Carle.

Survivors are a daughter, Sarah Fultz of Springfield; son, Joseph Fultz (Nastassia Cook) of Springfield; daughter, Megan Fultz (Aaron King) of Catawba; grandchildren, Elijah Grant, Skylar Cline, and Nazaya Fultz, all of Springfield; her parents, LeeRoy and Vera Evelyn Carle of Sebring, Florida; a brother, Jeffrey Carle of Loraine, Ohio; sisters, Janet and Joanne Carle, both of Sebring, Florida; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; and special friends, Ben and Billy Olinger of South Vienna.

She was preceded in death by her brother, James Carle.

According to her personal request, Jacqueline was cremated.

Friends may pay their respects to Jacqueline’s family from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St., London, OH 43140.

If they wish, friends may make memorial contributions in Jacqueline’s name to the American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
