Bowling: Jonathan Alder teams split with Westerville North

The Pioneers boys varsity team improved to (4-0) in COHSBC league play (5-0) overall with a (2487-2161) crushing of rival Westerville North.

The Pioneers won game one (1,071-899), and easily cruised in game two (1,011-884) for a 2,082-1,783 lead after the two regular games.

The boys added baker games of (201-204) in the win. Senior Jaron Miller (206-269) led the way. Sophomores Zach Webb (245-188), Nathan Yoder (231-187) Nathan Whiting (221-192) all had solid series.

Girls team was defeated by Westerville North (1,246-876). Kaylynn Delong led the Lady Pioneers with games of (92-116).

The Pioneers boys will travel to HP Lanes Saturday for the Buckeye Classic, a 28-team tournament with teams from all over Ohio.
