Chad A. Boggs, 27, of Plain City, passed away Wednesday morning, Jan. 16, 2013.

Born Aug. 11, 1985, in Lexington, Kentucky.

Member of the Army National Guard (2007-2009).

Preceded in death by father, James R. James; sister, Jama Carter; and cousin, David Boggs II.

Survived by loving mother and stepfather, Brenda and William Eulett; sisters, Jamie Boggs and Tammy Boggs; nieces, Hailey Boggs and Isabella Boggs-Danter; half-sisters, Janis Blevins, Stella Williams, Doreen Martin, Sheri White, Lori Smith; half-brother, J. R. James, Michael James and Larry Nip.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 18, at the FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 202 E. Main St. (state Route 161 W.), Plain City, where the funeral will be held  at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013. Burial will be at Big Darby Cemetery with Full Military Honors conducted by the Union County Honor Guard.
