Wrap up your Christmas shopping locally
For The Madison Press
To reward local Christmas shopping, your Madison County Chamber of Commerce will be wrapping up to $100 worth of gifts if you can show us receipts for a minimum of $100 purchased in Madison County businesses. If you have one item that exceeds $100, we will still wrap that one item.
Local shoppers can stop by the Madison County Chamber of Commerce office at 730 Keny Blvd. in London during regular office hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from now until Friday, Dec. 21. Items will be wrapped and ready for pick up within 24 hours.
“Dollars spent in our community for Christmas stay and recirculate in our local economy. This strengthens our communities,” said Sean Hughes, Executive Director and Director of Economic Development with the Madison County Chamber of Commerce.
Chamber investor Walmart of London is sponsoring this year’s “Wrapping Station” through a gracious donation of supplies, including an assortment of children’s and adult wrapping paper to suit your friends and family.
So stop by this holiday season and get your local Christmas shopping all wrapped up.
