STICKEL

Dorothy Stickel, 86, of West Jefferson, passed away Monday, Dec. 24, 2012, in her residence with her family at her side.

She was born April 22, 1926, in Madison County, the daughter of the late Carl and Marjorie DeLong.

Dorothy was a devoted member of the Trinity United Methodist Church of Lilly Chapel.

She is survived by daughter, Marjorie (Ken) Bayler of New Albany, Indiana; son, David (Bev) Stickel of Grove City, Ohio; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Eleanor Goodan and Martha Arganbright; nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by parents; husband, George Stickel; and brothers, Carl, George and Edward DeLong.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, in the RADER-MCDONALD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 W. Main St., West Jefferson, where Funeral Service will be held at noon Friday. Rev. Jesse Blevins will be officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, London.
