RODGERS
Kenneth M. Rodgers, 84, of London, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, 7 a.m. in his residence.
Mr. Rodgers was born April 1, 1928, in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, a son of John William and Vina (Rainey) Rodgers.
He had been a custodian with the Midway Elementary School from 1974 through 1993. He also farmed with Ag-Lands for more than 30 years.
He loved to fish and working around his apartment complex, Madison Villa where he never met a stranger.
Mr. Rodgers is survived by children, Jennifer (Sherman Manns) Manns of South Solon, Kenneth (Linda) Rodgers of Sedalia, William (Michong) Rodgers of Jeffersonville, David (Diane) Rodgers of London; 15 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by parents; wife, Janice L. Rodgers in 2004; three brothers; and five sisters.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, in Range Township Cemetery. Reverend Gordon Ell will be officiating. Dinner for family and friends will follow at the Sedalia Church of Christ in Christian Union Fellowship Hall.
The family has entrusted services to the RADER-LYNCH & DODDS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 124 E. High St., London, Ohio.

To the family of Kenny Rodgers, my heartfelt condolences go to each and everyone of you.Ken was a great man, whom i had worked with when i was on the neighborhood youth corps, as a custodian, when i was in high school.I also went to school with Kenny and David and Bill, and i deeply regret not being able too attend the services, but i wanna express my prayers and say that he will be missed.
