Madison County Engineer Dave Brand told West Jefferson Village Council Monday night that the Taylor-Blair Road bridge is still scheduled by ODOT to be opened to traffic on Nov. 24 and no further delays had been granted at this time to R.B. Jergens, the construction company completing the work.
