SOLLARS
Charlotte L. Sollars, 75, of West Jefferson, passed away Monday, Oct. 1, 2012, in Doctors West Hospital, Columbus.
She was born July 14, 1937, in Columbus, the daughter of the late Frank and Jessie White.
She loved the Buckeyes and loved to bake goodies around Christmas Time.
Charlotte is survived by two daughters, Linda McMinn of London, Connie (Harold) Carter of Galloway; son, Robert (Carole) Sollars of Kentucky; son-in-law, Brad Hume of West Jefferson; nine grandchildren, Angie Morgan and Ronnie Napper of Wilderville, Tenn., Pamela and Tracy Carter of Galloway, Robbie Sollars of Reynoldsburg, Ashley Getts of Washington Court House, Zack Hume, Jasmine Hume and Tabitha Hume, all of West Jefferson; a great-great-grandson, Layton Ruga of Lexington, Tenn.; two brothers, Gene (Wanda) White and Francis “Fat” White, both of West Jefferson; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by husband, Robert Stanley Sollars; and a daughter, Carolyn L. Hume.
Family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, in the RADER-McDONALD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 W. Main St., West Jefferson. Graveside Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in Hampton Cemetery, West Jefferson. Rev. Glade May will be officiating.
