MULLINS

Ricky Mullins, 50, of London, died unexpectedly at 3:56 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012, in his residence.

Born March 11, 1962, in Columbus, Ohio, he was a son of Richard and Pauline Mullins.

Ricky was a maintenance professional with Intelligrated, Inc. in London for 5 years.

Survivors are his wife, Teresa (Brown) Mullins; a daughter, Mindy Lynn Mullins of London; a stepson, Zachary Foster Lee Smiley of London; grandchildren, Elana Lynn Louise Clark of London and Jeffrey Wayne Clark III of London; four brothers, Art Mullins of West Jefferson, Ronald (Connie) Mullins of Hillsboro, Roger (Charlotte) Mullins of Greenbow, Kentucky, and Rowland (Nancy) Mullins of Pleasanton, California; a sister, Jackie (Ron) Nicholson of Lexington, Kentucky; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Paul and Bobbie Lee Mullins.

A memorial service will be conducted in Ricky’s honor at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012, in the Antioch Freewill Baptist Church, 10050 Kiousville-Palestine Road, Mt. Sterling, OH 43143. Rev. Jim Blankenship and Rev. Larry Brown with be officiating. Friends may call at the church two hours prior to services Tuesday.
