CHAMBERLAIN

Pearl H. Chamberlain, 81, of Derby, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012, at Riverside’s Kobacker House in Columbus.

He was born Dec. 7, 1930, in Mt. Sterling, Ohio, the son of the late Fred and Rosetta (Evans) Chamberlain.

He served in the U. S. Army and a life time member of Harrisburg VFW Post No. 11208.

Preceded in death by son, Terry; brother, Earl; granddaughters, Terryia and Candy Lane.

He is survived by wife, Norma (Zimmerman) Chamberlain of 61 years; son, Pearl Randell Chamberlain of Circleville; daughter, Pamela Ward of Mt. Sterling; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Freddie Chamberlain of Bloomingburg, Lee Chamberlain, state of Washington; numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held beginning at 10 a.m. until noon on Monday, Sept. 17, 2012, at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W. Main St., Mt. Sterling, Ohio. A funeral service will begin at noon followed by burial in Pleasant cemetery with military honors preformed.

In lieu of flowers, family suggest memorial contributions be made to Kobacker House of Riverside, 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus, OH 43214.
