Armada J. Balo, 85, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Friday, Sept. 7, 2012.

She was a member of The First United Methodist Church of Mt. Sterling; Sterling Chapter No. 74 O.E.S.

Preceded in death by her parents, John and Ora Lugenbeel; brothers, Kenneth (Bettie) Lugenbeel and Lewis (Hattie) Lugenbeel.

Survived by daughters, Bethany (John) Whitlaw and Michele (Chuck) Fox; granddaughter, Dena (Mark) Krutko; great-grandchildren, Langley and Wesley Krutko; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of good friends.

Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, at The First United Methodist Church of Mt. Sterling, 110 S. London St., Mt. Sterling, OH 43143, where a funeral service will follow at noon. Interment will be Pleasant Cemetery.
