BALLENGER

Rena M. Ballenger, 83, of London, died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012, at 3:11 p.m. in The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

She was born May 18, 1929, in London, a daughter of Roy F. and Runa (Goff) Miller.

She is survived by her children, Earl R. Ballenger of London, Lillian A. and Joseph DeWitt of Port Charlotte, Florida, Charles David Ballenger of Madison, Florida, Pamela Sue and Dennis Cutlip of London; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Ballenger of Madison, Florida; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; sisters, Rose M. Davidson of Missouri, Rita M. Love of London; and brother, Ray (Carolyn) Miller of London.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Charles R. Ballenger in January 2000.

Following Rena’s wishes, there will be no visitation times or funeral service. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.

If friends wish, they can make memorial contributions in Rena’s memory to the Madison County Historical Society.
