Lexi Nichole Johnston, infant daughter of Dennis Johnston and Layne Underhill, died a few short minutes after her birth, Sunday, June 24, 2012, at 9:10 p.m. at the Ohio State Medical Center in Columbus.
Lexi is survived by her parents of West Jefferson; paternal grandmother, Pamela Birchfield of New Rome; maternal grandparents, Tim and Marilyn Underhill of London; maternal great-grandmother, Patty Underhill of Columbus; aunt, Jena Cushman of West Jefferson; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 28, 2012, at the Kirkwood Cemetery. Lexi’s funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the RADER-LYNCH & DODDS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 124 E. High St., London.
