High selected as Rotary Student of the Month for December

London High School Senior Josh High is the December London Rotary Student of the Month.
High is a member of National Honor Society and a recipient of the Principal’s award. High has a cumulative grade-point average of 4.2 while participating four years on the football team and two years playing basketball and running track.
High, a Red Raider linebacker, earned first team honors in the South Central Ohio League conference and the Central Ohio District this fall.
High’s favorite subject is AP Calculus and is inspired by head football coach Jerry Wasserman.
“Josh is a very goal oriented young man with the self discipline and self motivation needed to be successful. He is willing to stand up for what he feels is right and is an excellent leader,” said coach Jerry Wasserman.
High plans to further his football career while studying engineering at college.
He is the son of Roger and Melissa High.
