Rick Wayne Allen, 52, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 27, 2011.
He was born Oct. 1, 1959, in West Jefferson, Ohio.
He graduated from West Jefferson High School.
Survived by parents, Eldon and Linda Allen; sons, Ricky II, Zachary and Skyler; grandson, Devyn; sisters, Teresa and Kim.
A Celebration of Rick’s Life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011, at Frontrow Sports Bar, 14 W. Main St., West Jefferson.
